The TAA Compliant, German made CX30-55 shredder meets the safe shredding needs of the everyday commercial space. It features an impressive 30 sheet capacity with a cross-cut (Level P-3) cut type and security level. As a cross-cut shredder it shreds paper in two directions and is suitable for shredding average security business documents including presentations, emails, and reports. One sheet of letter-size paper is shred into 332 pieces. Users can shred as much as 30 sheets at a time, including the ones with paper clips and staples. This shredder will even shred bank cards, CDs, and DVDs. The shredded materials are caught in a big 55 gallon waste bin. A bin full indicator at the shredder interface will remove darkness from when the bin must be emptied; the pull-out bin can also be lined with plastic shredder bags to make this task easier.

Understanding Shredder Security Levels
Strip-cut (Level P-2)
Provides basic security. Use to shred documents that don’t include any especially sensitive information, such as junk mail or documents with expired data. One letter-size sheet of paper is shred into 30 or more strips.
Cross-cut (Level P-3)
Average level of security That may be advisable for such a lot users. Safely destroys confidential documents by shredding paper in two directions. One letter-size sheet of paper is shred into 200 or more pieces.
Super Cross-cut (Level P-4)
