With all this alteration taking place around us, Steelcase got down to create a chair that reflects the way in which we work and live. To handle this new place of business landscape, Steelcase photographed 2000 people in 11 countries to check their posture. The culmination of these new finding resulted within the Gesture Chair, inspired by the on a regular basis movement of the human body. Like the human body, Gesture is designed as a system of synchronized interfaces that together provide customized strengthen for any posture.
