Description
The START International TBC50 heavy-duty non-adhesive subject matter cutter is acceptable for high-production, high-speed cutting of tubing, sleeving, aramid fiber, hook-and-loop tape, ribbon, and other materials. This microprocessor-controlled cutter can also be programmed to robotically advance, measure, and cut as much as 140 pieces of subject matter per minute at 2″/50 mm in length. The cutter accepts one wide roll or a couple of rolls of non-adhesive materials as much as 4.3″/110 mm wide, with an outdoor roll diameter as much as 18″/487 mm. Feed roller pressure is adjustable for skinny or smooth materials. No tooling is needed to chop different materials. The cutting blade is comprised of high-speed steel (HSS). Cut length tolerance is + or – 0.04″/1 mm. Security measures include an automatic power shut-off if subject matter runs out and a safety guard to offer protection to the operator from the cutting mechanism. The stepper motor ensures position regulate and accuracy. The TBC50 cutter operates on 120 VDC at 50/60 Hz. It’s suitable for high-production and high-speed industrial uses such as manufacturing and assembly.

Non-adhesive subject matter cutters hold and cut materials such as tubing, sleeving, aramid fiber, hook-and-loop fasteners, ribbon, rope, and wire. They’re utilized in manufacturing and assembly. Electronic cutters are actuated by a sensor that detects when the prior to now cut length of subject matter is got rid of or by a push button. Angled cutters have an adjustable blade that cuts the fabric at a preset angle. Guillotine cutters cut the fabric at a fixed 90-degree angle. Hot cutter, or hot knife, machines have a heated cutting blade that seals the fabric as It’s cut. This sort of cutter is really helpful for synthetic materials which are liable to fraying when cut, such as nylon. The temperature of the blade can also be adjusted for the fabric. Ultrasonic cutters vibrate the blade ultrasonically to cut back cutting resistance of fabrics such as plastic automotive parts, leather, rubber, and bonded textiles.
START International manufactures tape dispensers, label dispensers, and optical inspection tools. The corporate, founded in 1981, is headquartered in Addison, TX.
