This Metro MW Series utility cart has four swivel casters, one solid shelf product of 18 gauge type 304 chrome steel to withstand corrosion, and two wire shelves and two U-shaped handles product of chrome-finished steel for sturdiness and to withstand dirt build-up and corrosion, and is appropriate for sorting, storing, and transporting items. The forged shelf in this cart has double-thick edges and epoxy-coated cast-aluminum corners for strength and stability, and raised edges to assist contain liquid spills. The wire shelves have ribs that run front to back to facilitate sliding items off and on the shelves. Tapered split sleeves at the posts assist hold and give a boost to the shelves. The cart has two U-shaped handles and four 4-inch/102 mm swivel casters for mobility. The casters include donut bumpers, and both are product of rubber to assist give protection to walls and furniture from damage. This cart is NSF International-certified for food equipment for dry storage and heated environments best. It’s most often used within the food service, healthcare, and commercial products industries, but can be utilized for other applications to sort, store, and dispense items.

The assembled utility cart is 38 x 18 x 24 inches/965 x 457 x 610 mm (H x W x L). It has a 375 lb./170 kg total capacity when distributed calmly across all shelves. This cart requires assembly and springs with instructions. No tools are required for assembly, but a rubber mallet (sold one by one) is beneficial.
